What the service is
A fleet account is a simple arrangement for a business with more than one vehicle: your drivers pull into the drive-thru lane, we service the vehicle while they wait in it, and the work is tracked to your company. It fits plumbers, electricians, landscapers, delivery vans, real estate teams, and any small business with two to twenty vehicles that cannot afford to have one sitting at a dealership all day.
Why it matters
A work vehicle that is out of service costs more than the oil change. A drive-thru that takes 10 minutes and needs no appointment means a driver can fit the service between a morning call and an afternoon one. Regular oil changes on high-mileage work vehicles are also the cheapest way to avoid the engine repair that takes a truck off the road for a week.
When it is due
Work vehicles usually run on the severe-service schedule in the owner's manual because of short trips, idling, and load. That often means oil changes every 3,000 to 5,000 miles on synthetic blend and 5,000 to 7,500 miles on full synthetic. We put a reminder sticker in every vehicle so your drivers know when the next one is due.
Signs you need it
- Your drivers are losing half-days at the dealership for basic service
- Nobody in the office knows which truck is overdue for oil
- Vehicles are on different schedules and different shops
- You want one invoice and one phone number for all of them
What is included
- Drive-thru oil change in about 10 minutes, driver stays in the vehicle
- Choice of Valvoline Synthetic Blend, Mobil 1 Full Synthetic, or MOTUL Full Synthetic
- Quality filter, fluid top-offs, tire pressure set, and a multi-point check on every visit
- Transmission, coolant, differential, power steering, air filter, wiper, and brake services as needed
- Fleet discounts based on your vehicle count
What it looks like in practice
Say you run a four-van plumbing company out of Redwood City. Each van does short calls all day and racks up 20,000 miles a year. Instead of booking each one at a dealer, your drivers stop in on their way to the first job, sit in the van for 10 minutes, and leave with a sticker showing the next date. Four vans, four ten-minute stops, no lost mornings.
Fleet vehicles get the same no-upsell rule as everyone else. If a filter or fluid is fine, it stays.
Fleet Services questions
How do I set up a fleet account?
Call (650) 394-5374 and ask for fleet service. Tell us how many vehicles you run and what they are, and we will explain the discount and how billing works.
Do fleet vehicles need an appointment?
No. Drivers use the same drive-thru lane as everyone else, Monday through Saturday, 9 AM to 5 PM. If you want to send several vehicles at once, call ahead so we can keep the lane moving.
Can fleet discounts be combined with coupons?
No. Our coupons cannot be combined with fleet discounts or other offers, so fleet vehicles are billed at the fleet rate.
What size fleets do you work with?
Most of our fleet customers run between two and twenty vehicles. If you have more, call and we will talk through it.
